What is a snow globe tumbler?

A snow globe tumbler is a double-walled cup filled with glitter and liquid that gently swirls when shaken. Each cup is handmade, sealed, and tested for quality before shipping.

Do you offer custom tumblers?

Yes! You can customize your tumbler with:

  • glitter colors (up to 4)
  • flow type (slow flow, fast flow, or 1/2 & 1/2)
  • optional decal
  • glow-in-the-dark add-ons

Ordering & Customization

How do I order a custom tumbler?

  1. Choose your tumbler size (16 oz or 10 oz kids).
  2. Select your glitter colors.
  3. Choose your flow type.
  4. Select glow-in-the-dark (optional).
  5. Add a decal if desired.
  6. Add to cart and checkout.

What if I am ordering more than one custom tumbler?

Please add each tumbler to your cart separately so the correct customization info stays attached to each one.

Can I request a glitter mix you don’t already have?

Yes! Describe what you want, and I’ll match it as closely as possible.

Do you accept inspiration photos?

Absolutely! Email or message me after ordering and I’ll match the colors/vibe exactly.

Flow Options

Slow Flow

Glitter settles in 30–60 mins. Soft, dreamy, aesthetic movement.

Fast Flow

Glitter settles in 5–10 mins. Very swirly and dramatic.

1/2 & 1/2

A mix of fast + slow. Some glitter settles quickly and some lingers for up to 30 minutes for a layered effect.

Processing & Shipping

What are your processing times?

  • Custom orders: 5–7 business days
  • Pre-made tumblers: 3–5 business days

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days depending on USPS/UPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Returns, Refunds & Issues

Can I return my tumbler?

Because each tumbler is handmade and customized, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

What if my tumbler arrives damaged?

If your cup arrives cracked, leaking, or damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos and your order number. I will replace it.

What if I made a mistake on my customization?

Message me ASAP. If production hasn’t started, I can update it.

Are kids tumblers safe?

Yes! They are durable, sealed, and perfect for everyday use. Supervision recommended for younger children.

Can I customize a kids cup?

Yes! Kids cups have all the same glitter, flow, and decal options.
